Cemented carbide nozzle is made of precision machinery and cemented carbide material (super hard alloy). The bending resistance reaches 2300N/mm, and the hardness reaches HRA90 . To ensure the wear resistance and the use of the effect and life,we achieve precision grinding and surface , the diameter of hole is 0.02±0.01mm , the roughness of hole is Ra0.1 and the roughness of R at both ends is Ra0.025. There is a scientific curvature radius design which ensures smooth thread passage at both entrances . Due to the overall material processing, there is no elevation angle on the drilling hole that has been improved the proformance of bending clogging

Application

Carbide nozzle is mainly used for oil and natural gas drilling with PDC bit, cone bit and other tools to cool the drill teeth, wash mud and clean the bottom of the well cuttings. Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃. Cemented carbide is widely used as tool materials, such as turning tool, milling cutter, planer, drill, boring cutter, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, but also can be used to cut heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult to process materials. Carbide nozzles offer the advantage of economy and longer service life when it is unavoidable to handle rough and medium for cutting abrasives (glass beads, steel pellets, mineral or coal cinder).
